I have to said that this value of this condo is more than I paid, its is quiet, clean, safe, near to the center of the city, good housewares and most of, kind and attentive host! It was much better than staying Hotel!

Lili's place was amazing. Location is very convenient and the taxi stand right in front the building is a life save for business travelers. Check in process is very smooth and autonomous, which perfectly suits people on busy schedule. Apartment is big and, beds are very comfy. All in all 5 star value for money

Dieu was a very helpful and hospitable host. The apartment was clean, safe and had everything we needed. It's a short taxi ride to District 1 and the doorman will always be there to hail down a taxi for you. Dieu provides a list of places to visit. The recommended restaurants/cafes we did try, were all quirky with great food (Secret Garden, L'usine and Pizza 4P's)...five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great amenities and hospitality. I was able to relax as if I had been in my own house. I would like to stay here again when I come back to HCMC. Even though I never met Binh during this trip, when I had any questions, her sister answered me and her mother served quickly. ら there are a lot of cafes, variety of shops, convenient store, ATM, and supermarket within walking distance, so you will never be troubled. I highly recommend it!

I can’t say enough about this gem of a place. Seriously, one of the best places I have stayed and I wasn’t expecting it. This place is so minimally priced, I guess I was assuming I get what I paid for. But that was not the case at all-this place could not have been more charmingly perfect.

For starters, my flight landed at five in the morning and Binh was amazing at contacting me and allowing me to come directly to the place and load all of my things into her own personal space until my room was ready. I had gone out that day and had gotten some stains on my shirt-her mother washed them clean for me! I was astounded at the hospitality.

And the room could not have been more perfect. An amazing location-the distance to absolutely everything. I spent almost an entire day and evening hanging out on the deck, I loved it so much. I had a friend stop by and was also blown away with this apartment. It was so comfortable-I would stay there again in a heartbeat

If you are looking for a place to stay in Saigon-this is the place!

This is a lovely central space from which to explore Ho Chi Minh City. The number 1 bus, which takes you to Chinatown passes right past the end of the alley. It's very quiet and you can sleep in in the mornings, no 5am wakeup calls!

Because you're above a business the Grab-bike drivers have an easy time finding you. You don't hear the business at all. 

The livingroom and kitchen are out on the terrace. This was great, except for the one day that it was extrememely hot and I couldn't sit out there. No a/c on the terrace :-D It's a big space, with a comfy sofa, a nice table to sit and look out at the world while you have your breakfast or write. There's a laundry area across the landing from the flat. The machine looks very new and works great. I never heard the washing machine, and only knew people had been using it when I went across the landing to do my own wash and saw laundry hanging up.

Binh and her family are great hosts. They responded within minutes whenever I had a question and were always able to help out. I would stay here again when in HCMC, absolutely.

Dieu, greeted me promptly as I arrived about 11pm at night at the hotel. The place was incredible as it has private security around the clock. Taxis was easy to get in minutes if you request it in the lobby. Everyone was very hospitable and responsive with tips about the local area. I liked that this place isn’t directly on the street as you’ll have to drive through a roundabout. That eliminates me having to stand on the busy sidewalk waiting for a taxi. Further you’ll love that they have a mini mart downstairs right next to the place! Water, fruits, meat, snacks, you name it. It’s literally attached to the lobby! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone as my room has pretty much everything you need to be comfortable. Iron, washing machine (no dryer) so you’ll have to hang it to dry in the patio. There’s detergent, softener, pots, pans, microwave, dishes, you name it. Thanks again to the wonderful host for making my stay memorable! I’ve said enough about the place but Dieu was extremely helpful and prompt from the beginning while checking me in til I left my stay. She answered my questions promptly and gave me tips and recommended places to eat. Pretty much she was my personal tour. You’ll enjoy a 5 star service here! Hope to be back soon!

I loved the place, it felt like in a summerhouse.

We spent most of my time in that private terrace (4th floor), it was just so cozy and chill. During lunch-hours it was possible to sunbathe by removing some of the roof cover.

There’s no Tv and that was nice for a change, could read books and play cards etc.

Nice getaway for couples.

Bedroom and bathroom are tidy, but air conditioned.

Kitchen amenities are okay for coffee and sandwiches, great cooking is a No.

Overall everything worked out great.

Top floor room with great view of Saigon. Dieu was also extremely helpful as we had young kids along with us, she was able to provide us with information on places which are family friendly. We went to some of the places recommended by her n kids love it. A convenience store and even taxi services are located right outside the lobby. Great location, great amenities and great host. Nothing much to ask for. :)

Such a unique apartment in district one. Top floor, cute 1 bedroom with typical European style bathroom. Shampoo and shower gel provided. The private rooftop is really cool to make your coffee in the morning, read, relax. It was so nice to have free laundry and detergent too! Binh provided quick responses to my questions and even sent her mother up to help me figure out the washer. It was a really lovely stay! Highly recommend for a solo traveler or maybe a couple! The Secret House next door was delicious!! Or grab a healthy juice or salad from the business on the first floor!

We had a wonderful stay at Binh and Nancy’s place. The room was nice and comfortable. And the outdoor patio space was incredible! We enjoyed hanging out there and watching the rain as well. The apartment is well located—easy to get anywhere you wish, while also being slightly removed from the most heavily trafficked spots. Binh and Nancy were excellent communicators and ensured that our entire stay went smoothly. We loved it!

Who doesn't like an outdoor patio? Seriously though, it was such a luxury to have that outdoor space to enjoy at night after a long day of sightseeing. It's right in the middle of the action as well, making it convenient to reach all the most popular tourist destinations in HCMC. We were able to walk to most places in District 1 within 30 minutes like the War Remnants Museum, Saigon Skydeck, Ben Thanh Markets, Post Office, Notre Dame, etc.

This place is about as good as it gets for a city apartment. With a pool, gym, 24 security, convince store and epic views (not to mention a fresh orange juice maker) there’s a lot stopping you from ever leaving the building! Dieu is an excellent host, offering us help with things like getting pizza delivered and finding the perfect restaurant in town. From taxi booking to directions, Dieu is just fantastic. Super recommend!

Lily was so kind and accommodating. I brought my cat and she welcomed both of us! She even got a bag of cat litter before we arrived! We had been traveling for about 30 hours so it meant a lot to me that she was so thoughtful and helpful. I felt very at home in her place and the location is amazing! I walked to many places but I got lost a lot (NOT Lily’s fault!) so I took a grab bike many places.

Lily provided so many helpful tips to enhance my experience in HCMC. She knows the city very well and she gave great advice. She even told me where I could get an awesome Vietnamese broom and I bought one today. I suggest everyone check out Chợ Xóm Chiếu market. It had so many delicious fruits and it had really anything you could want for a cheap price. Thank you so much Lily! You gave me and my cat the perfect beginning for our adventures in HCMC!

Dieu was amazing from start to finish of our stay in her apartment. Great location, beautiful apartment and wonderful views. Be sure to stay here if you are visiting Saigon, there's a great coffee shops not far away, Mockingbird and Thi Fi cafe (hard to find but use a good map app). Communication was great and check in/ out was easy. Dieu offered great advice from our flight in and out and provided a great welcome pack. She also offered another place to store our bags and freshen up when we left. Great amenities, comfy bed, clean bathroom, good security, great location. Uber and all taxis found the location with no problems. Supermarket on the ground floor for all supplies. Dieu went beyond our expectations and we fully recommend her apartment. Maximum stars! The apartment is a haven in busy Saigon, we didn't want to leave! We were checked in by Nancy, Dieu's sister who explained everything well and was very helpful. Nancy is also a professional masseur and we can't recommend her highly enough, both my friend and I had 2 treatments with Nancy. The apartment has everything you could possibly need including plenty of towels, a washing machine and speakers. It is very safe, has a supermarket on the ground floor and a cafe. The apartment is a short distance from District 1 where all the action is and the hosts provide a handy little guide to the city and the best places to eat, drink and visit. The rooftop pool has amazing views and you'll find that you don't want to leave! We'd definitely choose this apartment again if we return to Saigon.

Dieu is an excellent host. Her place came as advertised. It is a clean, modern apartment with all of the needed amenities. It is located a quick cab ride to District 1 where all the action is. Dieu is quick to respond to messages and she is a wealth of knowledge about HCMC. She gave us many excellent tips and recommendations about what to do and how to navigate the city. Check in was outstanding. We arrived early from our 17 hour flight and the apartment wasn’t ready. Dieu let us stay in another one of her units and have a quick nap before our place was ready. She even came down and helped move our luggage. I would highly recommend Dieu’s place and will stay here again if we return to HCMC.

Wonderful experience! The apartment was so clean, nice and even bigger than in the photos. It has all the amenities that we need for a comfortable stay, especially the free laundry. The internet is fast and stable. The views from the windows are breath-taking. All in all, we had a great time and will definitely come back! 美妙的经历！公寓是如此的干净，漂亮，甚至比照片上的还要大。这里有我们舒适住宿所需的一切便利设施，特别是免费洗衣房。互联网是快速而稳定的。从窗户望出去的景色令人叹为观止。总之，我们度过了一段美好的时光，一定会回来的！

We had a fantastic stay at this property - a quick weekend away! We loved the apartment. It is spacious enough, beautifully decorated, fantastic views, spotless and clean, and very cosy. The pool on the roof is an absolute treat and very relaxing. Lily was extremely helpful and willing to accommodate our plans - she was lovely, kind and a great communicator. A major highlight of the property was closing the front door and then having complete silence - absolute bliss! Many of you will know, and should know, that this is a rare luxury in HCMC. So delighted and pleased with our stay. We would highly recommend it!

We are a party of 5 and had a 5 nights stay at Lily's place. We found it greatly located, with excellent public facilities (pool, gym, mini market, cafe). The appartment itself was very nice, overlooking an infinite view, big enough for everyone to find privacy and able to accumulate us all together while dinning or watching t.v. Lily is very responsive and allways said "yes" to our requests. Overall a great value for money experience in saigon city ! Thanks Lily and hope see you again. Tal

Dieu is a fantastic host - always available and communication was super easy and friendly. Her apartment is spotlessly clean and a fantastic base for Ho Chi Minh city. You get so much added value staying here, from the rooftop pool, the gym, the perfect apartment, great location not far from all the sites and great recommendations from a lovely host. We loved our stay here. Can't thank Dieu enough! Don't hesitate to book this apartment.

This place is great if you value self sufficiency. We loved our time here and it felt like a home away from home. Great location, close to everywhere you want to go. Use Grab to get around. It made transportation anywhere in the city so easy. Lots of places right at your doorstep. If you are  a vegetarian, try...Hum. Away from major roadways. Lily gave us great tips and always answered our questions right away.

lily's place is a gem and rare find! value for money and an amazing rooftop experience! TBH the moment I entered I was sceptical of the size of the room, but when you open the terrace it gets better! the room has lovely decor and beautiful lighting and all amenities one could need in a two-three day stay!!

liked it a lot, if I'm back in hochiminh city I'll consider to stay again!

This AirBnB is in an amazing location—very convenient and walkable to food and points of interest in the city. And the terrace is so cute! Binh and her co-host are very communicative and provide a helpful guidebook with tips and recommendations. Binh even went above and beyond in figuring out a way to mail earrings (with a lot of sentimental value!) that I left in the room back to the USA. Thanks Binh!

This is definitely our favorite Airbnb that we've ever stayed in. It was walkable to amazing food, convenience stores and so many sights. Everything else was a quick (and cheap!) Grab away. The apartment was a perfect place to relax before and after exploring Ho Chi Minh City. The terrace was just as beautiful as the pictures and Nancy and Binh were so responsive and attentive to detail. We would absolutely stay here again!
