As the saying goes, "Many a little makes a mickle." Regardless of who you are, every individual can make a significant contribution to saving Mother Earth with determined effort.

Here at Ami Splendid, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact, focusing particularly on water and electricity conservation.

Water: 

Water is a precious resource in Vietnam that we strive to preserve. We use energy-efficient washing machines, refrigerators, and air conditioning units, as well as environmentally friendly soaps and detergents. By recycling water, we prevent pollution of the local water supply. We also encourage our guests and tenants to join us in environmentally conscious activities:

• Turn off water while brushing or shaving
• Reuse bath towels
• Change bed sheets when you need instead of daily

Electricity: 

Electricity consumption has a significant impact on the environment. While our properties feature efficient low-speed engines for heating water in laundries and kitchens, guest use of hot water, air conditioning, and lighting still contributes to electricity consumption and associated pollution. We encourage our guests to participate in electricity-saving practices:

• All of our apartments have been designed to be naturally ventilated, so try to use natural air circulation by opening windows when temperatures allow, reducing reliance on AC.
• Turn off lights when leaving rooms or when natural daylight is sufficient.
• Switch off AC units when not in use.
• Be mindful of standby power consumption in TVs and other electrical devices, which can account for up to 70% of daily electricity consumption.
• Use washing machines with full loads.
• Only activate the water heater system 10-15 minutes before showering or washing the dishes, and turn it off after use.
