We are hiring:

1. OPERATION EXECUTIVE
Job description:
– Check the rooms before guests’ check-in
– Updating and buy inventory
– Communicate with and support guests via text/ email and in person during their trips
– Schedule maintenance for the accommodations
– Support Sales Executive (SE) in selling the company’s services (accommodations, airport transfers, car rentals, tours, etc.)
– Coordinate with SE to update the company’s CRM, guidebooks, house manuals, etc. over time
– Manage and report monthly expenses to Properties Manager (PM)
– Support PM with their duties on an ad-hoc basis

Skills and qualifications:
Must have:
– Intermediate English proficiency in all 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
– Knowledge AND experience in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, Google Reviews) and communication apps (Viber, WhatsApp, Zalo, WeChat, Kakao Talk, Line)
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
– Take initiative in your work
– Planning skills
– Results-oriented
– Pay attention to details
– Work well with different groups of people
– Work smart AND work hard. Willing to do chores (due to the nature of this business – serving guests)
– Own a laptop
Encourage but not a must:
– Knowledge and/ or experience working with different OTAs
– Qualification and/ or experience working in hospitality and tourism industry.
– Knowledge and/ or experience fixing stuff around the house (water, electricity, etc.)
– Experience in writing business emails, itineraries, etc. in English
– Photoshop

Working time:
– Afternoon shift: 13:00 – 18:00 (5 hrs)  x 6 days per week
o If there are 1 – 2 days per week when you cannot work during afternoon, you can switch to morning shift: 08:00 – 13:00 (5 hrs).
o If no interactions with guests is required during a day, you can choose to work either at home or at the company that day as long as you deliver work results.
– Probation: 2 months

Payment and benefits:
– Monthly salary = Base salary (increases by the number of properties that you manage) + Performance bonus + Sales commission.

2. SALES EXECUTIVE
Job description:
– Understand the company’s products and services thoroughly
– Work with Properties Manager (PM) to build pricing policies and promotion packages
– Update the company’s profiles on different OTAs, social media platforms and website to improve its online presence.
– Manage calendars across sales channels to maximize occupancy rate and avoid overbooking
– Develop direct booking: individuals, corporate, tour agencies, etc.
– Coordinate with the Tour team to reply to enquiries regards tourism services
– Communicate with guests during their trips
– Coordinate with Operation Executive (OE) to solve any problems during guests’ stays/ trips
– Coordinate with OE to update the company’s CRM, guidebooks, house manuals, etc. over time
– Support PM with their duties on an ad-hoc basis

Skills and qualifications:
– Qualification and/ or experience working in hospitality and tourism industry.
– Knowledge AND experience working with different OTAs (Airbnb, HomeAway/ VRBO, Luxstay, Flipkey, Booking.com, Expedia, Ctrip, etc.)
– Knowledge AND experience in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, Google Reviews) and communication apps (Viber, WhatsApp, Zalo, WeChat, Kakao Talk, Line)
– Upper-intermediate English proficiency in all 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
– Experience in writing business emails, itineraries, etc. in English
